Another definition would be Arthur Anderson and their constant admonition to
"think outside the box."  Of course, that meant don't obey any rules or
regulations and do just as you please to SHOW a profit regardless of the
truth and regardless of those it injured.

So it could refer to those "wizzbang" accountants.

Has many definitions.
