There's also the British "Black and White Photography" which you can
pick up in some stateside Barnes and Noble stores. They do allow a few
advertisers to use color in their equipment ads. Oh, and some of the
images in the magazine are sepia!

There is a another glossy photo magazine of the same name that
often has color, both inside and out. It's mainly glamour/fashion
photography, published in Sydney. I see it whenever I'm
in Oz, but sometimes you can see it Stateside in Borders or
Barnes & Noble. The magazine that is limited to [selling]
black & white photographs is published here in California.
