Hi Paul,
They've never had anyone who understands advertising and marketing. If
anything it's been one of the major failings of  Leica for years to do this
right and increase their market share. And quite frankly I know I don't
stand alone on this topic.

But this "hand thing" is a great big pile of dung thought up by morons who
have absolutely no idea of what the Leica is used for, nor by whom in any
sense of the word.
What's worse is, the people in Solms aren't bright enough to understand it's
just a pile of .........   well again I'll restrain myself.

My question was and still is....."What the hell do the hands of these people
have to do with picture taking?" Sure I understand the fingers focus and a
finger trips the shutter, so what?  Damn it, it's the eyes that are more
important than the hands. I'd have been far more impressed to hear how these
Leica photographers see!....... shit Brian Adams?,,, Than what their hands
do holding the camera.

So once again it points up just how stupid the marketing people are who
thought up this advertising tripe!  Shame! Shame!
