So don't travel. I can assure you that the only possible impact that will
have is to ultimately reduce the number of airlines, flights, routes, and to
increase the cost of each ticket. That'll show those obnoxious airlines.;-)

I disagree B.D. we ARE getting over it by voting with
our money and not traveling...the airlines are being
impacted...which ultimately is not in anyone's
interest.

We are taking trains, buses and cars instead of flying
because here we are nine months after September 11th,
and not much has changed at the airports other than
lots of people take off their shoes at security.

I don't agree with you that it is more secure...I've
traveled a lot, and it is not secure at all...just
inconvenient. If was secure and inconvenient THEN I
would get over it. Otherwise it's a free country and
we should be voicing opinions about what could make
this situation better. I am pretty sure that frequent
flyers know a lot more about global airport security
than the security guys at any individual airport,
maybe we could point out a few things to them.

That said, I'd rather spend time writing my Senator or
Congressman...they at least can do something about it.
So rather than ramble on about this, I'll write them.
