So part of my personal fitness programme has been to strengthen the legs and back allowing me to do what was a piece of cake at a younger age, stand straight up. So I'm doing squats and stands daily and surprisingly it's working. I can now squat for ten minutes and shoot, then stand straight up even with full camera bag. :-) Lots more squats and stands yet but it's coming along nicely.
