I collect old photos. Yesterday I was searching through a dealer's 
plastic storage boxes of wares and came across some great stuff. There 
is so much inadvertent history recorded in those snap shots. Some 
digital day that source will be gone.

You are so right: A Photoshop plug-in of a specific film's grain 
"signature" is not the same as using that film. Alas.
