There are two kinds of "Hypo", anhydrous and, more commonly, crystalline. 
Use 64% of the anhydrous salt as a substitute for the crystalline form. The 
crystalline form is endothermic and will cool the water dramatically when 
mixing. Always start with water at 90°F/32°C when mixing the crystalline form.
