It took me a day to find my Konica Hexar rf brochure, but here is the
shutter lag delay as per Konica....

"In addition to ultrafast shutter speeds, a release time lag of only 90
milliseconds guarantees virtually real-time operation. Furthermore,
shutter noise has been successfully reduced to less than 59 dB for
almost silent operation."

I must say I really like using my 28 Elmarit on the Hexar rf (now OT)
