Yes, I use the +2.0 lenses on all my M's.  They are
for people that need reading glasses.  If you need
glasses to read, these lenses will put the correction
in the viewfinder so that you focus without wearing
glasses.  I can't stand wearing glasses when using my
camera, so I've found these to be quite useful.

The numbers "+1.5" indicate the amount of correction. 
If you have ever seen cheap reading glasses at the
drug store, they are marked with the same kind of
numbers. My prescription is about a +1.75, so I find
the +2.0 is best for me with the Leicas. 

If you don't wear glasses to read, or prefer to shoot
with your glasses on then these lenses are not for
you.
