The name is Chromacolor Film Processing, 1953 India Street, (619)232-9900. Call and find out if they do Scala. I've used them on E-6 materials. They're about as good as A&I, with very clean work and a professional attitude at the counter. They are also inside the downtown area, close to the airport.
