Hi Tim,
Right on my man! Absolutely the best way to do it, just roll with the
situation, as no matter what one might believe their rights are and or
whatever the true law is, if the police officer tells you "no pictures or
move on whatever" Don't argue or push your options too strongly, simply
because no matter what you believe.... you are not in the drivers seat at
that moment!

Back off and figure out how to circumvent the situation and still get your
pictures.

Every case has a different method of success, just don't get all huffy and
puffy about that he or she is wrong! You'll never win in time to get the
pictures you want..... 99% of the time.
