I agree that it is not necessary to have humans or animals in shots.
Many of mine do not.  I think this one would benefit from a person
involved with the graffitti.  Looking at it, Painting it?  Just an
opinion.

I was trying to be helpful, and I certainly did not bash the shot.  It
might just be that the photographer had some clever insight that I did
not get.
