It's non sticky and only bonds to itself. It's ideal for wrapping round each end of the foam sleeves to keep them in place. You pull off the backing, stretch the tape before use and wrap under slight tension. Just pull the tape till it breaks when you have finished wrapping. You may find the sleeving has a cut down it's length that doesn't go all the way through to the center. It's so you can split it and wrap it around a pipe. With care the sleeving doesn't split when you push it over the shoulder stock. Great to be able to share useful tips!
