Austin has expressed my sentiments exactly.

Moving the problem elsewhere is akin to relocating a couple of convicted 
pedophiles.

Mitch; I'd talk to an attorney to see if you can (have the local 
authorities after due process) nuke em from space.

It's the only way to be sure.
