I never understood how a company could produce such great products and be so clueless on their ad campaigns, product management (R8 motor, comes to mind) the atrocious grammar and spelling on their printed material! Last week I was on the Hasselblad website and requested info on how to subscribe to "Forum" magazine. Within two days, a complimentary copy was at my door with a letter and subscription form (well written magazine, I might add). My first thought was, Leica never could have taken such initiative. Like a clumsy big dog, you just gotta love. Hopelessly, despite the foibles, my addiction to Leica has not waned!
