Bugatti had a couple of 16 cylinder cars, though they weren't really
"production" cars.  Marmon made a number of 16 cylinder cars, as well as
Cadillac.  I thought Lincoln did, but I am not sure.

16 cylinder engines are very common for locomotive and ship engines,
BTW...what makes them impractical for automotive use is the length.
