Wow! you certainly read literally. Try to read this kind of stuff figuratively. Get the gist of the discussion rather than reading each word and assuming it's literality. I have disassembled dozens of consumer digital cameras, for my work. I, of course, do not suggest that someone actually do it. They would have no way of getting it back together. The electrical shock would be from the flash circuit and/or the LCD. Either would hurt but are far far away from being dangerous.
