Subject: [Leica] Macro with 180/2.8 APO lens

Is it a way to get 1:2 or 1:3 macro magnification with new 180/2.8 R lens? 
Does 2x APO extender may help here? What about ELPRO  attachments ? Or a 
macro ring between camera and lens?
I tested, without any other accessories 180mmm lens gives good 
magnification, like whole sunflower can be in frame. Any experience with 
that lens getting closer?
