Hi All:

I experienced the woes created by this virus over the weekend and FINALLY
cleaned my machine and reinstalled Norton Antivirus yesterday.... By going
to the Symantec website under products and services you will find the
solution.... Be sure to READ CAREFULLY and do everything EXACTLY as
prescribed up to and including removing Norton and reinstalling it... But,
as I learned, you must do ALL the steps as stated....

Good luck

get any. The Klez worm may appear to come from someone you know, or just as
possibly from a complete stranger. Subject lines also vary, including
sexual come-ons, "I miss you", or a promise of immunity from Klez if you run
the attached program. If you get one of these DON'T OPEN THE ATTACHED FILE!
