There is a kit of black ink made by PiezzoGraphy for the Epson 2000P and it
works very well. You will have to remove the color cartridges, clean the
nozzles and install the black ink cartridges. Still, I prefer the
traditional wet darkroom. There is a good paper Lumijet preservation series
and they are ok.
