I made a suggestion last year concerning the awarding of a used Leica to
a young aspiring concerned photographer as a yearly endeavour. I still
think it's a do-able idea, particularly if it is coupled with Project Censored.
Kyle's project certainly fits what's been bandied about on the LUG.
