Karina,
Before you condemn Leica for charging admission for this Leica Day
event, I suggest you look at what they are offering.
If, it is a simple "show & tell" of the new equipment with possibly a
"clean & check" added, then you are correct.
If, however, they are adding something extra, like a couple of speakers,
etc. then you should possible rethink your position.
Only you can decide, if the event is worthwhile for you.
