Hi Craig:

When I connect my CoolPix 990 to my G3, a small icon of a SLR appears on
the screen which I can then open as a folder.

I don't know why that's not happening for your Minox but suspect it's
because the necessary software isn't being installed because of an
extension conflict.

You might try re-starting your Mac with all extensions off and then try
the install again.

Have you tried asking the folks on the digital newsgroup?
