Elpro's are 44mm & 55mm threads and meant for use on 50/90/135 lenses and a
couple of older zooms. Not the 180.

The Macro adapter R (14256) will work with the 180/2.8 and give you a
reproduction scale of 1:6 to 1:3.4 when the lens is focused at infinity to
1.8 meters.

A set of three close focusing rings (14159), when used as a set, will give
you a reproduction scale from 1:3.6 to 1:2.5 .

The 180 on a bellows (16860) will get you to virtually 1:1 .
