My wife loves digital photography- not too crazy about the film stuff. See takes images of flowers close up-macro- and then uses the prints I make on the computer as a reference in her oil painting. The new Leica Digilux (which I haven't seen in the flesh) could possibly be a nice camera for her. But- who knows or understands Leica marketing. Stasys ps- with my student ID I get my regular foto supplies and film at a discount.
