I liked the texture of light and shadows on the steps, the couple were a
bonus :-)

I still prefer the main, but thanks for looking. The little girl was
probably wondering why I and fellow luggers Robert Stevens and Tarek Charara
were taking so many photos of her.

Steve, the alt does more for me than the main.  My problem with the main is
I want to be closer to the couple at the bottom of the stairs as some of
HCB's images of couples puts you right there, and I would like to see the
same.  Oh well, artistic intent.

The alternate is a good capture of the little girl killing time on the
street.  A little cropping on the left would make it stronger IMHO.  Still a
strong image.

I still want to go to Paris.
