If you are the person who had the camera drowned, this
is for you.

Seepage into a basement is usually clean water. So
long as the sewer did not back up you may be able to repair
most of the equipment.
Buy five or more gallons of STEAM DISTILLED water.
Please note that so called spring water, etc., is usually
not steam distilled but merely chemically treated and
filtered.
Rinse all waterloged equipment thoroughly. At least
twice. Then drain but do not dry. Seal them in zip-lock
style freezer bags. Contact sometrustworthy repair shops,
explain the incident and what you have done. If the repair
costs are reasonable when compared to replacing the
equipment, send the damaged pieces in for repair.
