I think you chose the right one; it has 4 different guys aiming 4 different directions with 4 different expressions. You couldn't have done it better if you'd staged it. Great job! Jeffery Smith And, by the way, you are getting a very eclectic PAW page. - -----Original Message----- From: owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us [mailto:owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us] On Behalf Of Robert G. Shot with a R8 and a 90mm Summicron. Some of the alternates were shot with the 180 APO Summicron. I also used the M6 TTL for the final and the awards presentation. I haven't scanned any of those pictures yet. I feel the best one is posted as the PAW. The index page is here: http://home.istar.ca/~robsteve/photography/PAW2002/index.html The Week 11 PAW is here: http://home.istar.ca/~robsteve/photography/PAW2002/wk11.htm The alternates are at the link below. Who says you need Auto Focus for Sports? The alternates are all the decent shots in four rolls of thirty six exposures. I got thirty five decent in focus shots out of those rolls. Even AF will not top that in a fast sport like this. http://home.istar.ca/~robsteve/photography/FinalEight2002/index.htm Comments and critiques are welcome. I am trying to use the whole gamut of my photo skills in my PAW project. I will even try some portraits at some point. Probably not Gothic chicks.
