The demo was in fact a girl guide meeting. I'd sat down on one of the
benches when they started to arrive. Perhaps they were practising for
adulthood?

Steve,

While I like all three (what is the demo at the Louvre about?), I concur
with most of the other viewers in choosing Alt1 as this week's winner. Yes,
it has been done before, but rarely as well as here. And you are absolutely
right, the stairs make all the difference in this image.
