Here's one way to do it:

Use the Leica accessory NOOKIPEEK. It's a subminiature shutter-like device
that you hide in your pants just behind your belt buckle. Attached to the
camera's electronic circuitry via a thin wire that runs under your shirt
and out your sleeve, you plug it into the flash plug on the back of the
body, thereby insuring correct TTL exposure. When you depress the shutter
release on the camera, at the exact moment the shutter opens, the NOOKIPEEK
simultaneously opens and closes your the fly of your trousers, exposing you
and your film at the same time.

This only works on the TTL.

Wide-angle coverage is determined by your inseam.

Over and out.
