It is the west coast annual convention of all things related to
Photoshop, put on by National Association of Photoshop Professionals.

Last year it was in LA, and you could play with lots of gear, Wacom
tablets, etc., try out lots of Adobe stuff, and two days of lectures on
using Photoshop for everything from press to fine art.
