It's an old family snapshot so don't comment on the composition, but I like the way the light worked out.  As I recall I used 200-speed film in an off-topic camera.  Neither the camera nor the flash have fancy compensation controls or fill-ratio control panels so I set both camera and flash as though I was using 400-speed film.  Piece of cake.
