Sounds familiar ??? Also reminds me of my wife's car which had to be serviced by Jiffy lube when I was out of town. Well, you guessed it right, when time comes for me to do the oil-change for her, the damn oil plug was soooooo tight that I finally have to use a 3 ft extension bar for leverage to loosen it. The result of course, I rounded the plug and it had to be drilled out, replacing with another bigger size.
