But I share your frustration when I am trying to get some information and have to wade through rantings about politics or character assassinations. I know, I know...freedom of speech...but the sheer number of postings can get overwhelming. If we start getting "I don't know about the R6.2" replies, a lot of people will start bailing out. - -----Original Message----- From: owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us [mailto:owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us] On Behalf Of John Collier Sent: Wednesday, March 06, 2002 9:37 AM To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us Subject: Re: [Leica] I'm pissed off On many occasions I have posted questions and not received answers. I did not take it personally but posted the question again. Usually the second or third time round did receive an answer. This is a list of humans with busy lives not a call centre we pay to access. When I first joined I used to try and answer all the questions I could but now I let a few slide. The questions that drive me crazy are what lens a person should get next. It is a bit like asking us what their favourite colour is! I have noted your email address and the next time you ask a question, and I do not know the answer, I will make something up :-) :-) :-) :-) John Collier > From: Gwpics@aol.com > > I am going to have a gripe which may upset a few people here.
