As I understand it, if you purchased the camera from an authorized dealer
and Leica Canada made you pay shipping then they are at fault.  If you
didn't then it's your problem, not theirs.  Did you purchase the camera new
from an authorized dealer as an original camera, as a Grey market Camera?
