What do you mean "loopholes"?  Why would one need any loopholes?  It's
pretty clear to me.  I specifically quoted the section "4)" that you quoted
above.  It clearly says "or a Leica agency" on yours (and mine says "Leica
Camera agency" BTW).  Now, go to the back of your warranty brochure, and see
if there isn't a list of some 20+ "Leica Service" places listed, one of them
being Leica in New Jersey, USA.

What's the problem?  I buy it in Timbuktu from a "supposedly" Leica
Authorized dealer, it has this warranty card, I come back to the US, I have
a problem, I can send it to NJ for repair...according to what they say in
this warranty brochure...
