Unfortunately, the fact remains that most sites are designed with IE in
mind, so any peculiarities it might have that aren't compliant with the way
Opera does things are going to mean web pages that look a little funky in
Opera. Can you blame web designers? When 90% of their traffic is from people
using IE, you can't really blame them.
