I will...I think I have a role around here somewhere...When I find it, I'll
post it...it really does work pretty well...BTW, Sherry Krauter is said to
have suggested to someone that they get a clear sticky bottom plate
protector ;-) from Leica for whatever the nominal charge is, and then keep a
few strips of the J&J tape stuck to the bottom plate protector, simply
sticking a strip on the rangefinder window as necessary. I believe the idea
is that that way you are less likely to get gummy gunk on the window....I
haven't worried about that problem, but the fix is a wonderfully elegant one
for the particular problem.

BD.. can you check on that tape type please.....   Compared to the other
fixes, this sounds really pretty rational....

BTW, for those of you that think this happens only occasionally, I agree.
The problem is that ecvery occasion forces me to think and change something
about the camera, instead of paying my complete attention to the subject....
