Yes, a perfect solution that you can usually find at your local Home Depot (or equivalent): The product is called "Quik Cap" by Fernco Inc. and appears to be an rubber end-cap for a PVC pipe. The size you want is "1 1/2 inch". Mine is also labeled "QC-101". It's a thick black cap that fits perfectly over the current model 50/2 Summicron-M (with built-in hood). A nice feature is that it's a bit oversized on the lens and therefore fends off any bumps that would otherwise ding (or damage) the barrel.
