Hi Fred,

I have to ask but was the chap a Leica tech? It is very easy to put things
together slightly off and have the focus/rangefinder coupling affected. I
would strongly recommend sending it to Gerry at Kindermann Canada. His work
is reasonably priced and done properly with the correct tools. I hope it is
not the one I sold you!
