Does not come close to Smith's Minimata shot where we see faces. Emotion.

It's like Minimata done by first year photography high school students.

This shot is more of a graphic.
Smiths shot was a graphic to. But not crimping on human emotion to put
it mildly.

Here the dismembered hands and arms are really quite unsettling but
graphically interesting.
Some of them look badly burned.
And the baby does not look dead it looks like it's looking over to the
side at something;
	a cruel joke.
We don't know what is going on.
In Smiths shot the child is alive but looks dead.
 
But this shot looks Like an art directed thing.
"I know we'll get a white sheet and a real looking doll and get a bunch
of people with weird hands and arms and .."..

Give me a shot less graphic and with the reality put back in.
