And perhaps the most interesting thing is that this follows all the talk about how the president of Cosina is such a Leica fan that he would never do anything to try to compete with Leica - and that included producing an M-mount camera. If the R and L are any indication, the R2 sure won't even be in the same city - let alone the same ballpark - as the M in terms of quality, but it is interesting that they are producing an M mount. And perhaps this will now really serve as an entry vehical to get people into rangefinders in general, and the M line in particular. B.
