Its rangefinder image was almost invisible due to a badly deteriorated prism. Peter has re-silvered the RF prism and the RF image is now as bright and clear as a new M6's. This is something regarded as 'impossible' by a number Leica service agents and the only alternative offered was a new M6 rangefinder at great costs.
