Subject: [Leica] Model release question

Gentlemen, I need your collective or individual help on a small project. I
am working on a web-based and printed booklet called 'A Guide to
Publications". This is to help people that submit photos and articles to use
to use in our publications. I need to come up with a short one or two
sentence statement that explains when and why a model release is required. I
know that basically, if a person is identifiable, than a release is needed.
There are, though, a few exceptions, such as a person at a public
meeting/event when a release is not needed. These examples are what I am
interested in incorporating into the statement, to aid in clarifying what
these submitters would need. I'd really appreciate your talents on this
matter, as my writing skills are a bit rusty, and I really need it, like,
now.
All the best ,
Jimbo
