with the check.  For airmail to Europe, add $6, $10 to Pacific and and Asia.
This is from issue #5, which is about a year old. I'm assuming prices
haven't gone up since then.

Warning: this publication is devoted primarily to alternative processes, all
but one of which involves contact printing from the negative.. For Leica and
other 35 mm users, this normally means making enlarged negatives before the
print can be made because of the small size of the original negative.
Making decent enlarged negatives, either digitally or by traditional dark
room methods, from an original as small as a 35 mm negative is not easy.
Actually making enlarged negatives from any size original isn't "easy," but
the quality is better as the original gets larger. Partly for that reason,
many (maybe most) people who work in alternative processes use 8x10" and
larger cameras to avoid the enlarged negative step altogether.
