The shot is surprisingly grainy given that it is shot on color neg film. Is that induced by the conversion to B&W, or is the Fuji really that grainy? I guess you are getting fast film ready for Mardi Gras--but isn't there enough light to go with a slower film, like the Fuji or Kodak 800 color neg films?
