Subject: [Leica] Leica Repairs

I recently came into possession of a IIIc Leica camera. Unfortunately I
have
found several problems with it and seek help in setting it right.

First, the chrome ring that screws around the shutter release is missing and
the black bezel at the back by the view finder is badly chipped. Does anyone
know where I might obtain these two parts?

Second, the shutter is sticky on slow speeds and at 1/1000th.
Recomendations
on a reasonably priced and reliable repair technician would be greatly
appreciated.

All help greatly appreciated, reply off line if you prefer. I am located on
the east coast of the US near Washington, DC.

Richard
