The magnification is switched by a simple rotation movement on the binocular tube. Due to the ADC™ automatic diopter compensation, the optical adjustment for defective eyesight is retained when the magnification is changed. These are compact outdoor products which travel well and are especially pleasant to handle. Compared with the LEICA TELEVID 77 the diameter of the front lens has been reduced from 77 to 62 millimeters. This means a 30% decrease in the weight to about 1000 grams and the length to about 300 mm. At the same time, the new products offer superb image brightness for the class of scopes up to 65 mm front lens diameter.
