While doing some research on where to purchase Acupan 200 in Canada I 
came across the following at a British business related web site:

 "Impress Group has sold its Paterson photographic equipment division to 
a management buy-out for undisclosed terms, and the eight staff will be 
relocated from Telford to Tipton." Dated late August 2001. Fujifilm 
their not.

No luck finding Acupan in Canada so far by the way.
