Actually its Gassers (as in Adolf Gasser) on 2nd Street near Howard, in
SFO. :) 

Also K&S in Palo Alto has it. (And a rather large Leica book collection
to bat) 

I think Calumet in SF has it too, at 18th and Bryannt.

(And Im sure Amazon can get it)

Gassners in SFO and Citizens in PDX both had them last time I was in
Citizens is at 503 232 8501
